Highland Montessori is currently hiring full-time, part-time, and substitute teachers to begin this August!

We are a small, close-knit preschool grounded in Montessori principles with Reggio-inspired, child-led learning woven throughout our days. Children are free to explore, build friendships, and grow at their own pace, and teachers are truly valued as the heart of our school.

We’re looking for kind, thoughtful individuals who enjoy working with young children and being part of a supportive team. You don’t need to have completed child development classes—we’ll help you take them while working, and provide personalized mentorship and hands-on training along the way.
